SFEDI Level 1 Certificate in Enterprising Skills & Employability

A programme designed to support unemployed individuals into work, supporting and working in partnership with Job Centre Plus, focused on creating careers pathways . This programme can also be designed to support employer recruitment.

Designed to engage adults at all levels of attainment both short and long term unemployed with an emphasis on those harder to reach and engage. The ultimate aim being to establish vocational careers plan with a focus on the logistics sector.

Programme consists of

Work Experience

An element of work experience with a local employer
Course is designed to be delivered a classroom environment with an element of work
experience. The ideal delivery is over a period of 3—5 weeks.
The course fee is fully funded by the Skills Funding Agency for adults aged 19+ who are
currently claiming JSA, ESA and other specified benefits.
Minimum 6* candidates per course.
